Angela leads Supply Chain Sustainability Compliance in North America's largest grower and marketer of premium produce, Mastronardi Produce. Her work in this position is to continually develop and reinforce Mastronardi's deep commitment to sustainability and ethical business. She heads the ESG team, developing the team's robust auditing and program development. Through this work she engages and implement her expertise in frameworks such as Plastics Circularity, EPR Regulatory Compliance, Regenerative Agriculture, Organics, Life Cycle Analysis, Carbon Footprint, SMETA, Human Rights and Fair Trade, ensuring comprehensive environmental, social, and governance practices.
Previously, her role as Director of Business Planning involved pioneering strategic partnerships and business models that championed sustainability in mobility and renewable technologies.
She is motivated by making an impact on sustainability and applying a creative entrepreneurial lens to solving big complex issues. Her goal is to continue to make big impacts on sustainability in the world of business.
