Food Literacy for All 2021 was ended with guest speakers Patricia Escárcega and Leah Douglas. This series is co-led by Andy Jones (School for Public Health), Devita Davison (FoodLab Detroit), and Lilly Fink Shapiro (UM Sustainable Food Systems Initiative). In this session, speakers discussed how they “Communicate” the Politics on Our Plate, this year’s theme. This session concludes the series with a conversation about the responsibility of the media.
